I'm Sarah, and I'm..... a mother, for certain..... a teacher....... a quilter....... and after that it all gets a bit hazy right now. I'm quilting my way through the pain of losing the man I loved in a mercifully quick bike accident, but still not the best day we ever had.
This is the blog for all those quilts I want to make, the material I accidentally bought, the patterns I've seen, the UFO's I have lying around, and every now and again, a small miracle occurs, and I actually finish something.
Enjoy looking, and please do comment - life is sometimes a lonely ol' place right now. (Ok, that sounded Crazy Cat Lady. Just enjoy!)
Oh, the title of the blog is from a hymn I used to know. "I seek the rainbow through the rain, and know the promise is not vain, that morn shall tearless be."
